About Foil Rolls
Foil rolls cover pans, wrap brisket and line sheet trays in every commercial kitchen. Standard foil handles covering and lining; heavy-duty foil is thicker for wrapping bones, sharp edges and long smokes.
Rolls come in 12" × 1,000', 18" × 500' and 18" × 1,000' and ship one roll per carton with 200 to 290 cartons per pallet. Use them with a cutter box to keep waste down.
